Innovative Fab operates a 90-ton Trumpf TrumaBend V85 with a 6th Axis Backgauge — one of the most capable press brake setups available for precision sheet metal bending. We purchased this machine to produce all of our in-house fabrication components, and we make it available for outsourced work to put it to use for businesses and builders who need precision bending done right.
We can bend sheet metal, aluminum, stainless steel, and 4130 chromoly up to .500" thick depending on material type and bend length. Whether you need a single prototype part, a one-off custom component, or a large volume production run, we have the equipment and the capability to handle it.
The Trumpf TrumaBend's 6th Axis Backgauge ensures repeatable precision on every bend — critical for production runs where consistency matters and for complex geometries that require tight tolerances.
