Innovative Fab was founded by two people who, between them, have invested more into rear end housings than most shops will ever know.

Craig Sheffield brings over 20 years of experience in the racing industry, working across multiple businesses before setting out to build something better. As head engineer at Innovative Fab, Craig had a clear vision — design a chromoly rear end housing that outperformed anything else available on the market. The Xtreme Drive Pro Series is the result of that vision.

Tyler Koester handles every weld and every build that leaves the shop. Since 2018, Tyler has built over 500 rear end housings — it's the only thing he has ever done in the fabrication field, and it shows. As a certified welder with hundreds of race-proven builds under his belt, Tyler brings a level of focused expertise that's rare in any trade.

Together, Craig and Tyler founded Innovative Fab as a family-run operation out of Lake St. Louis, MO — built on the belief that racers deserve fabrication done right, by people who know exactly what's at stake when the light goes green.

Every housing we build is 100% 4130 chromoly, TIG welded in-house, and engineered to handle over 6,000 HP. We offer 2-week lead times on most orders and ship nationwide.
